PluginHQ is operated by an individual developer based in India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account or place an order:
- Full name
- Email address
- Billing country and state (for display purposes)
- Payment transaction ID (not card details — those never touch our servers)
Automatically collected:
- IP address and browser type (standard web server logs)
- Pages visited and time spent (used to improve the site)
We do not collect: card numbers, CVVs, bank details, or government ID.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your order
- To deliver download links and invoices to your email
- To respond to support requests
- To send you important account notifications (password resets, order updates)
We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe (for international customers) and Razorpay (for Indian customers). These processors collect and handle your payment information directly. We only receive a transaction confirmation. Their privacy policies apply to data you share with them during payment.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to:
- Keep you logged in during your session
- Remember your shopping cart
- Prevent CSRF attacks (security)
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from third-party ad networks.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active and for up to 5 years after your last purchase, in case of support or dispute resolution needs.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing support@pluginhq.com. Note that we may retain order records as required for accounting purposes.

- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7. Third-Party Services
This website may use:
