Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any product from PluginHQ. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Seller

PluginHQ is operated by an independent individual developer based in India. We are not a registered company or legal entity. Sales are conducted as an individual seller.

2. Products

All products sold on PluginHQ are digital goods — downloadable plugin files (.zip archives) for CS-Cart and Shopware platforms. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a single-store, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on one (1) live website and one (1) staging/development copy of that website.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the plugin with any third party
• Use the plugin on more than one live store without purchasing additional licenses
• Remove or modify copyright and author information within the source code
• Claim authorship of the plugin

Source code is provided as-is for customization purposes. Customizations are your responsibility.

4. Platform Compatibility

Plugins are tested against specific versions of CS-Cart and Shopware as stated on each product page. We do not guarantee compatibility with future platform releases, custom themes, or third-party addons. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current stable releases.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and Razorpay. We do not store your card details. All transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment processor.

Prices are displayed in INR and USD. The applicable currency is shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Download links are delivered automatically to your registered email and account dashboard immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download within 30 minutes, contact support@pluginhq.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

PluginHQ plugins are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
