Refund Policy

All products sold by PluginHQ are digital downloads. Please read this policy before purchasing.

General Policy

Because our products are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice. Once a plugin has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can.

This is consistent with standard practice for digital software and plugin marketplaces worldwide.

When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

1. The plugin does not install or function on the supported platform version If the plugin fails to install or activate on the CS-Cart or Shopware version listed as supported on the product page, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your initial report, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Duplicate purchase If you accidentally purchased the same plugin twice, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

3. Pre-purchase misrepresentation If we made a factual error in the product description that materially misled you about what the plugin does, we will discuss a refund on a case-by-case basis.

When We Will Not Refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the plugin
• The plugin conflicts with a third-party addon or heavily customised theme (we cannot test every configuration)
• You purchased the wrong plugin without checking the product description
• Your platform version is not listed as supported and you did not verify compatibility before purchase
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date

How to Request a Refund

Email support@pluginhq.com with:

• Your order number
• The plugin name
• A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
