Plugin License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of plugins purchased from PluginHQ. By downloading any plugin, you agree to these terms.

License Type: Single-Store

Each purchase of a PluginHQ plugin grants you one (1) Single-Store License. This license permits you to:

• Install and activate the plugin on one (1) live production website
• Install the plugin on one (1) staging or development copy of the same website
• Modify the source code for your own customisation needs
• Receive updates and support for the duration covered by your purchase

What You May Not Do

• Install the plugin on more than one live store without purchasing additional licenses
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the plugin — even modified versions — with any third party
• Offer the plugin or its source code as part of a theme, template pack, or another product
• Upload the plugin to any public or private repository (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.) that is accessible to others
• Remove or alter copyright notices, author credits, or license headers within the source files

Multi-Store / Agency Use

If you need to use a plugin across multiple stores or on behalf of multiple clients, you must purchase one license per live store. Please contact support@pluginhq.com for bulk pricing inquiries.

Updates

Plugin updates are available from your account dashboard. We provide updates at our discretion and aim to maintain compatibility with current stable releases of CS-Cart and Shopware. We do not guarantee indefinite update support.

Support

Support is provided via email at support@pluginhq.com. Response time is typically 24–48 hours on business days. Support covers installation assistance and bug reports. It does not cover customisation requests beyond what is documented.

Ownership

PluginHQ retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all plugins. Your license grants you the right to use the plugin; it does not transfer ownership.

Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the plugin.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
